- Dental Insurance Coverage
As a courtesy, we will process most insurance claims in our office, which will relieve you of this time-consuming and sometimes complicated task. The patient (or guardian) agrees to be fully responsible for the total payment of the procedures performed in this office, including any portion not paid for by the insurance carrier. Payment for the estimated portion not covered by insurance is due at the time of service.
- Membership plans through Kleer
We offer Dental memberships that include, x-rays, cleanings, exams, and more! We have memberships available for adults and children.
- Care Credit Payment Plan
Care Credit is a healthcare credit card intended for the use of health and wellness for you and your family. Find out if you qualify by applying online.
Kleer Memberships
Kleer is an in-house membership plan for those who have no dental insurance benefit, anyone can sign up to save cost. You may apply online at https://www.kleer.com/patients. Please feel free to contact our office, with any questions you might have about our memberships.
